What happens in the Loki Season 2 deleted scene?

The Loki Season 2 deleted scene sees Loki list all the people who have said he’s “a problem.” Included on the list are Nick Fury (Samuel L. Jackson), Erik Selvig (Stellan Skarsgard), Bor (Tony Curran), Laufey Colm Feore), Jane Foster (Natalie Portman), Darcy Lewis (Kat Dennings), Maria Hill (Cobie Smulders), Heimdall (Idris Elba), Fandral (Josh Dallas and Zachary Levi), Vostagg (Ray Stevenson), Hogan (Tadanobu Asano), Heimdall again (“Heimdall was a big one”), and Donald Blake, the latter of whom is who “Thor pretends to be when he goes to Earth.”

Along with the aforementioned names, Loki mentions two Marvel Comics characters who have yet to star in an MCU movie: Amora, who is better known as Enchantress, and Absorbing Man, who was played by Brian Patrick Wade in Marvel Studios‘ Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.

Lastly, Loki mentions Hercules, who he says is “another big guy” and that he was “a big problem for him.”

Hercules was briefly seen in the post-credit scene of 2022’s Thor: Love and Thunder, where he was played by Ted Lasso’s Brett Goldstein. The character has not since returned to the MCU and there’s been no official word on an upcoming Hercules-related projects.

Loki Season 2 will be released on 4K UHD Blu-ray on December 3, 2024. Both seasons of the series are also currently available to stream on Disney+.
