The CW released the promo for The Flash’s upcoming 11th episode of Season 9, and Iris is still trying to cope with the disappearance of Barry Allen in the previous episode. Barry was speaking with Iris in their apartment when a mysterious blue energy swept the speedster off his feet and teleported him back 23 years to 2000.
In the upcoming episode titled “A New World, Part Two,” Iris and the rest of Team Flash investigate Barry’s sudden vanishing. They believe the same thing that took Barry might be after one of them. The tense promo teases distress and confusion within the team, but Iris is confident that Barry will return because they will “never stop fighting.”

What to expect in The Flash Season 9 Episode 11?
“Iris is alarmed by Barry’s disappearance and Cecile assures her everything will be ok, but does she know that for certain,” reads the synopsis. “Team Flash is affected by a mysterious substance and Khione develops a better understanding of what she can and cannot control.”
The ninth season marks Grant Gustin’s final time as The Flash, as the actor is not set to cameo in the upcoming feature film adaptation of the same character. The promo also features Candice Patton as Iris West-Allen, Danielle Panabaker as Khione, Danielle Nicolet as Cecile Horton, and Brandon McKnight as Chester P. Runk. Kayla Compton, who plays Allegra Garcia, will direct Episode 11.
Only three episodes remain in the ninth and final season of The Flash. Episode 11 is part two of the four-part episodic ending to the series. The Flash will release its final episode on May 24 after being on the air since 2014.
