Walton Goggins Will Star In Amazon Prime’s Fallout Series

Amazon Prime’s Fallout live-action series has found its first performer. Via Deadline, Walton Goggins has been cast in a leading role on the show. Goggins’ character hasn’t been fully confirmed, but Deadline states that “he is believed to be playing Ghoul.” Within the games, Ghouls are humans with grotesquely mutated appearances.

The first Fallout video game launched in 1997 from Bethesda Softworks. The games take place in a post-apocalyptic future as envisioned through the lens of a late ’40s aesthetic. There have been four games in the core series, as well as spinoffs like Fallout 76.

Goggins is best known for his leading role on Justified, as well as his turns in The Hateful Eight, The Shield, and Django Unchained. He also had a role as one of the secondary villains of Ant-Man and the Wasp.
