First Look At Nick Wechsler As Blue Hawk In The Boys Season 3

There never seems to be any shortage of supes on The Boys. Each season of the Amazon Prime hit has introduced new characters from the original comic by Garth Ennis and artist Derek Robertson. However, the latest addition to the show isn’t a character from the comic. Instead, Nick Wechsler’s Blue Hawk appears to be a character created for the show. We don’t know what his powers are, if he has any at all. But we do know a little bit more about him now.

Amazon Prime has shared the first photo of Wechsler in costume as Blue Hawk, which you can see below. There’s also an accompanying episode of the in-universe series, Seven on 7, which reveals that Blue Hawk has just signed a deal to endorse 4 Freedom’s line of “premium American-made goods.” And if Blue Hawk’s new boss resembles an election-obsessed pillow company CEO, it’s probably not a coincidence.

Additionally, the video offers a glimpse of where things stand in-between seasons of The Boys. For example, Gecko (David Thompson) has been exposed and discredited for his extracurricular activities as a S&M hooker. Gecko also blames Starlight (Erin Moriarty) for blackmailing him. Regardless of Cameron Coleman’s opinion, viewers of The Boys know that Gecko is telling the truth. In season 2, she forced Gecko to get a sample of Compound V. So even if the general public doesn’t believe Gecko, Vought might realize that Starlight was the source of the leak.

The Boys season 3 will likely premiere in 2022 on Amazon Prime.
