Even though Star Trek Day is winding down, there’s still at least one more story to report. Paramount+ has announced that Star Trek: Discovery season 4 will premiere on November 18. Additionally, the new episodes will run concurrently with the animated series, Star Trek: Prodigy.
The official Star Trek on Paramount+ Twitter account shared the news, and it also pointed out that this will be the first time since Deep Space Nine and Voyager that two Star Trek shows have aired at the same time.

Paramount+ hasn’t released any new footage of Discovery season 4 since April. Regardless, we do know that newly promoted Captain Michael Burnham will have her hands full. In addition to helping the Federation reclaim its former glory, Michael and her crew will also have to deal with a mysterious anomaly in space. This gravitational anomaly is five light years across, and it can reappear anywhere and at any time. Additionally, it’s wrecking havoc across the universe, in both Federation territories and beyond.
