The Boys Releases a New Vought News Network Video

While it’s unclear how far away The Boys season 3 is, the increase in ancillary content suggests that it’s sooner rather than later. After releasing a music video for A-Train last week, Amazon Prime has dropped an in-universe video from Vought News Network. Any resemblance to an actual propaganda news network and its star host is probably not a coincidence.

Cameron Coleman’s “Seven on 7” offers an update on what’s happened since season 2. However, he’s extremely displeased that Vought has been forced to work with Congresswoman Victoria “Vic” Neuman. In public, Neuman is very anti-Vought. But even Vought News Network doesn’t know that Neuman is secretly a supe herself. She’s also the woman behind the exploding heads from last season.

Additionally, the video includes an ad for the streaming service, Vought+. All of the living members of the Seven are here to shill for it, including Black Noir, regardless of his inability to actually speak.

There are other fun tidbits in this clip, including the reaction to A-Train’s music video, as well as a very Disneyland-like theme park owned and run by Vought itself.

The Boys season 3 will likely premiere later this year.
