Watchmen Cinematographer Announces He’s Filming Moon Knight

Recently, cinematographer Gregory Middleton took to Instagram to talk about his new job on the Moon Knight set. The post that the Canadian cinematographer shared is located in Budapest, Hungary, where Marvel Studios is currently shooting the upcoming Disney+ original series. He then wrote that it’s an honor to work with Oscar Isaac, and he’s not worried about filming a white suit. In the past, Middleton worked on the set of HBO’s Watchmen series and Game of Thrones, obtaining two nominations at the Emmy Awards for his work on the epic fantasy series. The cinematographer concluded by thanking series director Mohamed Diab.

A lot of details for Moon Knight are still under wrap. So far, it is known that The Umbrella Academy‘s Jeremy Slater will be the showrunner. Besides the show for the character created by Doug Moench and Don Perlin in 1975, Marvel is also producing a series for She-Hulk and Ms. Marvel. Disney has yet to reveal an official release date for all those shows. Given the current global health emergency, it might take a while before fans can watch them.
