In just a couple of weeks, Star Trek: Lower Decks will debut on CBS All Access. Now, the streaming service has released a brand new set of promotional photos from the upcoming irreverent series. The stills cast a closer eye at the members of the USS Cerritos’ crew. Besides that, CBS All Access also revealed the titles of the first episodes of the show. The series’ first episode is titled “Second Contact,” the second “Envoys,” the third “Temporal Edict,” and the fourth “Moist Vessel.”

Set in the year 2380, the upcoming Star Trek: Lower Decks series follows the crew aboard one of Starfleet’s least famous ships, the USS Cerritos. The cast includes Tawny Newsome, Jack Quaid, Noël Wells, and Eugene Cordero, who will voice Ensign Beckett Mariner, Ensign Brad Boimler, Ensign Tendi, and Ensign Rutherford, respectively. Furthermore, Dawnn Lewis, Jerry O’Connell, Fred Tatasciore, and Gillian Vigman will dub Captain Carol Freeman, Commander Jack Ransom, Lieutenant Shaxs, and Doctor T’Ana, respectively. Paul Scheer has joined the voice cast as Lt. Commander Andy Billups, who will be a recurring guest on the 10-episode first season of the show.
An extended clip from the upcoming animated series should debut later today during this year’s Trek-verse panel at San Diego ComicCon@Home.
Star Trek: Lower Decks will premiere on August 6 on CBS All Access.
