Gotham Series Finale Trailer Brings Batman To Town

No Man’s Land is over, and the end of Gotham is at hand. During last night’s penultimate episode, Gordon and his allies finally reclaimed the city. Bruce Wayne also realized that it was time to pursue his destiny. Unfortunately, he left without even saying goodbye to Selina Kyle. Ten years later, Batman will begin in the final episode of the series.

Fox has dropped the extended trailer for the Gotham series finale, which plays like a condensed Batman movie. We get a brief glimpse of Bruce as his international training gets started before returning to the city. Both Penguin and Riddler have embraced their personas as super villains. Meanwhile, Selina’s future as Catwoman is also teased as she uses her claws during a break in.

Additionally, Gordon appears to be freaked out by the return of Jeremiah Valeska, even though he isn’t using “the Joker” name yet. Gordon also assumes that Batman is just another freak of the week. After 99 episodes, that’s a fairly safe assumption. It”s on Bruce to win over his former allies. This city has been ruled by villains and crime lords for years. Now, Gotham finally has the hero it deserves. But will the city embrace its Dark Knight?

The final episode of Gotham will air on Thursday, April 25.
