Mark Millar Talks Kick-Ass Sequel

MTV talked to Kick-Ass comic book creator Mark Millar, who said a sequel to the April 16, 2010 release is a pretty sure thing.

“There’s a basic plot,” Millar said. “The series ends on a teaser for the next one, and the movie ends on that teaser, too.” He added that the first film “didn’t cost that much money to make. There will definitely be another one.”

Matthew Vaughn directed Kick-Ass, which stars Nicolas Cage, Aaron Johnson, Lyndsy Fonseca, Mark Strong, Christopher Mintz-Plasse and Chloe Moretz. Lionsgate will release the film in theaters.
