Fans of Tatiana Maslany’s She-Hulk are convinced the actress will appear in Avengers: Doomsday after she canceled her Comic Con Liverpool appearance. Tatiana Maslany has opted out of Comic Con Liverpool as she is busy filming an unnamed project. Fans believe that the movie is Avengers: Doomsday and Maslany’s She-Hulk might feature in it.

On their official Instagram handle, Comic Con Liverpool stated, “Unfortunately due to filming commitments, Tatiana Maslany will now be unable to attend this event. All photos and autographs will be refunded automatically.”

This update led to many fans heading to the comments section and expressing their disappointment. On the other hand, some fans speculated that the actress might be busy filming for Marvel Studios’ Avengers: Doomsday. Comic Con Liverpool will be held from May 3 to May 4, 2025.

A user noted, “Casually confirm she’s in Avengers Doomsday.” Another fan stated, “That’s sad but if she’s dropped out for Doomsday filming that will be good.” However, there is no confirmation regarding Maslany’s role in Doomsday because Marvel Studios has not released the full cast list yet.

As previously reported by SuperHeroHype, Doomsday director Joe Russo confirmed in October 2024 that the movie will commence filming in spring 2025. Thus, the filming schedule could coincide with the date of Comic Con Liverpool. While talking to Deadline in February 2025, Russo also conveyed that the shooting for Avengers: Doomsday and its sequel Secret Wars will take place in London.
