Rumors suggest that actor Robert Pattinson met with Marvel Studios president Kevin Feige recently and fans have speculated that this could have been about Pattinson potentially appearing in the MCU. The Twilight star is currently heading Matt Reeves’ Batman universe as its titular character, having debuted on the big screen as the caped crusader in 2022. However, these new rumors seem to suggest that the distinguished actor could soon make the jump to the MCU.
Robert Pattinson rumored to have met with Marvel’s Kevin Feige
The rumors about Robert Pattinson potentially starring in an upcoming MCU movie appear to stem from the actor’s reported meeting with Kevin Feige.
The rumor was first published by renowned internet scooper Daniel Richtman, who revealed the said update on his Patreon. As per Richtman, Pattinson met with Feige and this possibly could have been to talk about an MCU role.
The online journalist previously stated that the studio is planning a secret role for a well-known character in Avengers: Doomsday. As such, some fans have theorized that this update could be linked to Robert Pattinson’s suspected collaboration with Marvel. However, neither Pattinson nor Feige have commented on these rumors.
Additionally, any appearance that Robert Pattinson could make in a Marvel movie could take some time to materialize as he has reportedly been cast to star in Christopher Nolan‘s next film. The actor is also attached to three other projects that are slated to come out in the near future. Therefore, fans might have to wait for a prolonged period to see Pattinson appear in the MCU.
At the time of writing, Robert Pattinson appears to be remaining focused on his upcoming Batman movies for DC. Barring any major changes to its schedule, The Batman Part 2 is expected to hit theatres on October 2, 2026.
