What did Frank Grillo say about Creature Commando’s X-rated scene?

“Maria and I, we have a very steamy, X-rated kind of scene, which I watched with my 16-year-old son — fairly traumatic,” Grillo said.

Gunn added, “I have video of Frank and Maria in the booth trying to coax them into the scene, and they’re moaning, and they’re making out, and they’re both just like making out with their hands.”

Alan Tudyk is voicing Doctor Phosphorus in Creature Commandos. Tudyk further said of the series, “It is an adult show, and it has all the adult things. One of those things is sex.”

Gunn noted that there was “one thing” that was put in the show that he thought might be a little bit “too much.” He said he “pulled back” the scene, but “not very much.”
