The show is based on the DC comic book written by Neil Gaiman. Tom Sturridge plays Dream, one of the seven Endless, as he achieves back his godly status and rules over his kingdom.

In the 3-minute video posted on YouTube, fans are introduced to some of the new characters. They will be a part of Dream’s Endless family in The Sandman Season 2. Additionally, the clip shows a glimpse of a scene, where Dream hosts a banquet for all the gods and deities. In this frame, the audience can witness the look of the Norse gods Thor, Loki, and Odin.

Talking about this scene, the showrunner Allen Heinberg says, “I’m very excited for audiences to see the banquet that Dream throws for all of the visiting deities, and gods and fairies in Season of Mists. It’s your introduction to Thor. It’s your introduction to Loki, Odin, it really is just a showstopper.”

In the frame of the released clip, Laurence O’Fuarain plays Thor. Meanwhile, Freddie Fox essays Loki, as well as Clive Russell, who appears as Odin, carrying a wooden staff.
