It’s been an unusual year for TV thanks to the coronavirus. Because of this, a number of shows have set fall dates for their season (or series) finales. The CW has just announced when a few of its own series will be going off the air this year, including two major Arrowverse properties. Stargirl will close out its second season on November 2. The following week, Supergirl will wrap up its six-season run on November 9.
The CW previously announced that Supergirl was ending after six years last fall, and the final season officially kicked off back in March. Although the series is winding down, viewers still have plenty to look forward to throughout the next few weeks. After sitting out the last few episodes, Jon Cryer’s Lex Luthor will return soon as well. And according to showrunners Jessica Queller and Robert Rovner, Lex will find romance with Peta Sergeant’s Nyxly.
Former cast members Chris Wood, Jeremy Jordan, and Mehcad Brooks are also returning for the series finale.

Meanwhile, this year marked Stargirl’s first season as a CW exclusive after the show was shared with DC Universe last year. Courtney Whitmore and the other members of the Justice Society have already tangled with one new villain, The Shade (Jonathan Cake). But this was just a warm-up for this season’s real threat, Eclipso (Nick Tarabay), whose reign of terror is just getting started.
Additionally, The CW has set finale dates for some of its non-Arrowverse programming as well. Check out the full schedule below.
