Even before the coronavirus pandemic took hold, Square Enix pushed Marvel’s Avengers until September. However, there’s a new trailer for the game coming in just a few days. Shaun Escayg, the creative director and writer of Marvel’s Avengers, shared the news about the trailer on Twitter. He said that it will premiere on June 24. Additionally, the pic attached to Escayg’s tweet features the team with some upgraded costumes. Except for Hulk, of course.
The team’s just closed out this trailer. We can’t wait for the fans to see it! 6/24 HERE WE COME! @PlayAvengers pic.twitter.com/T64ldkmih4

Thor, Hulk/Bruce Banner, Black Widow, Kamala Khan/Ms. Marvel, and Iron Man will be the primary characters in the game. It’s set years after Captain America’s apparent death, which sent the team in separate directions. Regardless, Kamala will play a key role in bringing the Avengers back together. We also strongly suspect that Captain America will eventually turn up alive before the end of the video game. Call it a hunch.
Marvel’s Avengers will hit PS4, Xbox One, Stadia, and PC on September 4.
