Iris Is Looking for a Way Out in The Flash Episode 6.17 Photos

The CW has released a brand new set of promotional photos for the upcoming seventeenth episode of The Flash Season 6. While Barry Allen is trying to figure out how to solve the issue of the Speed Force abandoning him, his wife Iris is still trapped in the Mirrorverse. The editor of The Central City Citizen is in the company of the ambiguous Eva, whose real intentions are still a mystery. For now, though, she seems intentioned to keep the real Iris in the parallel universe while the Mirror-Iris is messing with the titular hero’s life and superpowers.

The next episode of the show will see also the return of Nash Wells, whose relationship with Allegra is now more complicated than ever. With only a couple of episodes left, there is still a long list of unanswered questions. Given that the filming for Season 6 has been interrupted after the COVID-19 outbreak, fans will likely have to wait for a long time to get an answer for the many pending storylines.

Jeff Byrd directed the episode written by Jonathan Butler & Gabriel Garza. The official synopsis of “Liberation” reads as follows:

“After recent events, Barry (Grant Gustin) takes a closer look at his life with Iris (Candice Patton). Eva (guest star Efrat Dor) makes a bold move.”

Greg Berlanti executive produces the series, along with Sarah Schechter and Eric Wallace. Bonanza Productions Inc. produces The Flash together with Berlanti Productions and Warner Bros. Television.
