Even though Crisis on Infinite Earths is in the books, the effects of the long-awaited crossover are still visible on Barry Allen. Actually, The Flash seems to be the most affected by the Crisis among all Paragons and he still struggles to de-escalate his life back to normal. In the latest episode of the series, the Team had to help Barry out of a sticky situation where he found himself locked with a couple of familiar gorilla faces, Grodd and Solovar. In the meanwhile, the real Iris is still looking for an exit from the Mirrorverse.
The CW has now released a promo for the upcoming episode of the show. In a couple of weeks, Wally West will make his return to warn the titular hero about the death of the Speed Force, the source that grants all speedsters their power.

Brent Crowell directed the episode written by Sam Chalsen & Emily Palizzi Gilbert. The synopsis of “Death of the Speed” reads as follows:
“Kid Flash (guest star Keiynan Lonsdale) returns to Central City with a Zen attitude and new tricks up his sleeve. While thrilled to see his family again, Wally confides to Barry (Grant Gustin) that he returned because he thinks there is something wrong with the speed force. Meanwhile, Cisco (Carlos Valdes) returns from his fact-finding mission across Earth-Prime.”
Greg Berlanti executive produces the series, along with Sarah Schechter and Eric Wallace. Bonanza Productions Inc. produces The Flash together with Berlanti Productions and Warner Bros. Television.
