Jessica Jones‘s third and final run on Netflix has now an official premiere date thanks to a teaser which made its way online. Starting June 14, the super-powered private investigator with a penchant for bourbon will officially return. And it seems that she has found some new interesting cases involving people with remarkable abilities in New York City. The teaser opens with someone walking towards the door office of Krysten Ritter’s eponymous character, while a mysterious voice calls Jessica a “fraud.” The official synopsis describes the new villain as a “highly intelligent psychopath,” yet his identity is still under wraps.

Marvel’s Jessica Jones is one of the many Netflix original series involving a Marvel superhero. Together with Daredevil, Luke Cage and Iron Fist, she leads the super-team of heroes in Marvel’s The Defenders. Netflix, though, canceled all these, ending the collaboration with Marvel started in 2013. The news of the cancellation of the series involving the private investigator came only after work on the third season had already begun. Fans are now very eager to see if they are going to get a satisfying ending or not.
