Avengers: Infinity War Global Box Office at $134M After Two Days

Marvel Studios‘ Avengers: Infinity War debuted with $39 million at Thursday evening domestic previews, the fourth biggest preview gross ever and the biggest preview gross for a Marvel title, ahead of Captain America: Civil War ($25M), Black Panther ($25.2M) and Avengers: Age of Ultron ($27.6M).

Internationally, Avengers: Infinity War has grossed $95 million in its first two days. It began rolling out April 25 in 21 material markets, followed by an additional 22 yesterday. The film has so far registered the highest opening day in industry history in Korea, Brazil, Philippines, Thailand, Indonesia, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Vietnam, Central America, Chile, Peru, Bolivia and UAE. Today, in addition to its North American debut, the film opens in Spain, Mexico, Japan, India, Turkey and South Africa. The film won’t open in Russia until May 3rd and in China on May 11th.

The Avengers: Infinity War global highlights so far include: Korea ($11.4M); Australia ($10.0M); UK ($8.9M); France ($6.5M); Italy ($5.1M); Brazil ($4.8M); Philippines ($4.7M); Thailand ($4.1M); Indonesia ($3.6M); Germany ($3.2M); Taiwan ($3.2M); Malaysia ($2.8M); and Hong Kong ($2.5M).

The Anthony and Joe Russo-directed film stars Robert Downey Jr., Chris Hemsworth, Mark Ruffalo, Chris Evans, Scarlett Johansson, Benedict Cumberbatch, Don Cheadle, Tom Holland, Chadwick Boseman, Paul Bettany, Elizabeth Olsen, Anthony Mackie, Sebastian Stan, Tom Hiddleston, Idris Elba, Peter Dinklage, Benedict Wong, Pom Klementieff, Karen Gillan, Dave Bautista, Danai Gurira, Letitia Wright, Winston Duke, Zoe Saldana, Vin Diesel, Bradley Cooper, Gwyneth Paltrow, Benicio Del Toro, Josh Brolin, and Chris Pratt.
