Although we’ve already seen a shot of the Autobot Bumblebee as a 1967 Camaro SS, Transformers 4 director Michael Bay has today updated his official site with new images that seem to suggest that the character will be getting a vehicular overhaul. Check out two new shots below of Bumblebee as an updated model.
“Trumpets please,” the site posts. “Bumblebee, a 2014 Concept Camaro! …the final jewel in the Transformers 4 crown.”
Although the plot of sequel is still top secret, Bay teased to ComingSoon.net that it will involve a “Chase from Hell.” Starring Mark Wahlberg, Jack Reynor, Nicola Peltz, Stanley Tucci, Kelsey Grammer, Sophia Myles, Li Bingbing and T.J. Miller, Transformers 4 hits theaters and IMAX on June 27, 2014.
