Batman Ninja vs. Yakuza League Teaser Trailer Highlights Battle Against Justice League

A new Batman Ninja vs. Yakuza League teaser trailer is out, previewing Batman and Robin’s upcoming battle against the “Yakuza League,” which features villainous takes on some iconic characters.

What happens in the Batman Ninja vs. Yakuza League teaser trailer?

The new trailer features mostly action shots of Batman getting into fights with people, but also shows off more of the cast of the upcoming film. Along with Batman, the film will also see characters like Robin, Red Robin, and Nightwing joining in to help save the day.

The trailer also introduces the cast members for characters like Alfred and James Gordon, and also teases the darker takes on characters like The Flash and Wonder Woman. Check out the new Batman Ninja vs. Yakuza League teaser trailer below:

The newly introduced cast for the upcoming film include:

  • Batman/Bruce Wayne: Koichi Yamadera (Spike Spiegel in Cowboy Bebop)
  • Robin: Yuuki Kaji (Eren Yeager in Attack on Titan)
  • Red Robin: Kengo Kawanishi (Soshiro Hoshina in Kaiju No. 8)
  • Nightwing: Daisuke Ono (Sebastian Michaelis in Black Butler)
  • Red Hood: Akira Ishida (Kaworu Nagisa in Neon Genesis Evangelion)
  • Alfred: Hochu Otsuka (Jiraiya in Naruto)
  • Commissioner Gordon: Masaki Terasoma (Kiroranke in Golden Kamuy)

Batman Ninja vs. Yakuza League is co-directed by Jumpei Mizusaki and Shinji Takaji from a screenplay written by Kazuki Nakashima. The film will feature the voice of Koichi Yamadera, who also voiced Bruce Wayne/ Batman in the 2018 anime move Batman Ninja. The creative team also includes character designer Takashi Okazaki, with Kamikaze Douga handling the animation production. It also features music by Yugo Kanno.

“The first trailer contains only tiny fragments of Batman Ninja vs. Yakuza League and full 90 minutes is filled with even more crazy sequences!!,” Nakashima said in a statement. “The content is so intense that it might make your head spin, so please enjoy that dizzying sensation. It’s another crazy film you will enjoy.”
