A Max streaming release date for Furiosa: A Mad Max Saga has been announced.

Furiosa: A Mad Max Saga was released in United States theaters in May 2024. Directed by George Miller, the film made approximately $172.8 million at the global box office off an estimated $168 million budget.

When is Furiosa: A Mad Max Saga’s Max streaming release date?

Warner Bros. Pictures has now announced that Furiosa: A Mad Max Saga will begin streaming exclusively on Max on August 16, 2024.

“As the world fell, young Furiosa is snatched from the Green Place of Many Mothers and falls into the hands of a great Biker Horde led by the Warlord Dementus,” the official synopsis reads. “Sweeping through the Wasteland, they come across the Citadel presided over by The Immortan Joe. While the two Tyrants war for dominance, Furiosa must survive many trials as she puts together the means to find her way home.”

The film stars Anya Taylor-Joy as Furiosa, Alyla Browne as a younger version of Furiosa, Chris Hemsworth as Dementus, Tom Burke as Praetorian Jack, Lachy Hulme as Immortan Joe, John Howard as The People Eater, Angus Sampson as The Organic Mechanic, George Shevtsov as The History Man, Nathan Jones as Rictus Erectus, and Josh Helman as Scrotus.

Prior to the Max streaming release, Furiosa: A Mad Max Saga will be available to purchase on 4K UHD, Blu-Ray, and DVD on August 13, 2024. It is also currently available for Premium Digital Ownership at home for $29.99 and for 48-hour rental via PVOD for $24.99 on participating digital platforms (such as Amazon Prime Video, AppleTV, and more).

Additionally, a black and chrome version of the film will be available for digital ownership on August 13, 2024, before it then releases on 4K UHD on September 24, 2024. A Mad Max 5-Film 4K Collector’s Edition is also releasing on September 24, 2024.
