Madame Web Rating Revealed for Sony Spider-Man Universe Superhero Movie

Sony’s Madame Web is rated PG-13.

According to the listing from the MPAA’s Film Ratings website, per ComicBook.com, Madame Web is rated PG-13 for “violence/action and language.”

Up until this point, all the previously released films in Sony’s Spider-Man Universe — 2018’s Venom, 2021’s Venom: Let There Be Carnage, and 2022’s Morbius — have been rated PG-13.

Kraven the Hunter, which releases in August 2024, has not yet received an official rating from the MPAA; however, star Aaron Taylor-Johnson and other members have production have stated that the film is aiming for an R rating, especially given that a red-band trailer for the movie has already been released.

There’s been no official word as of yet whether Venom 3 will be PG-13 or R, though the former seems likely out of the two given the franchise’s previous entries.
