X-Men: Kelsey Grammer Is Confident Beast Will Return in the MCU

Kelsey Grammer is confident that X-Men fans haven’t seen the last of Beast.

In the post-credit scene of 2023’s The Marvels, Grammer briefly reprises his role as Beast/Hank McCoy after Monica Rambeau (Teyonah Parris) wakes up in an alternate reality and finds herself in Charles Xavier’s X-Mansion.

As fans are now waiting to see how this post-credit scene plays into Marvel’s Deadpool 3 or one of the upcoming Avengers movies, Grammer told TheWrap that he’s “confident” he’ll return for another MCU project.

“It is my hope that you will [see Beast again],” Grammer said. “I can say with a certain amount of confidence that you will. I would love to.”

He added, “I’ve always wanted to play him again. I see him as an extraordinary character, a real character of gravitas and importance in our culture. I’m delighted Beast is back and hope he’s back in a real way.”

Regarding his cameo in The Marvels, Grammer also said he was “very pleased” with the response he received from fans and that “a lot of people got in touch” with him after watching the movie.
