Throughout the summer, Ray Fisher has kept up his fight against Justice League reshoot director, Joss Whedon, as well as executive producers Geoff Johns and Jon Berg. However, the war of words recently escalated while Risher was in negotiations to reprise his role as Cyborg in The Flash. Warner Bros. also claimed in a statement that Fisher had not cooperated in an independent investigation started by his request. In return, Fisher alleged that he only wanted to have his own witness while he gave his statement.
In a new pair of posts on his Twitter account, Fisher escalated the battle again by questioning the independence of the Justice League investigation.
To-date, the “independent” firm hired by @wbpictures has conveniently avoided contacting key witnesses who gave damning statements to WB HR.
They’ve also started interviews with (and have since ghosted) witnesses that have implicated former and current top level executives.

Others (including an implicated individual that called me to apologize) have already been interviewed.
We will not let ANY investigator cherry-pick interviewees that best suit @wbpictures’ false narrative and scapegoating efforts.
All with stories WILL be heard!

So far, Jason Momoa is the only Justice League cast member to openly lend his support to Fisher. Additionally, Momoa is lined up to star in Johns and Berg’s live-action Frosty the Snowman film.
The Flash will begin filming in 2021. Regardless, there’s no end in sight for the conflict between Fisher and Warner Bros. Pictures.
