At the conclusion of Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom, the possibilities were endless. Dinosaurs began running wild across the countryside, and Jeff Goldblum’s Ian Malcolm essentially said that Earth had become a “Jurassic World.” Goldblum’s reappearance also set up the possibility of the original Jurassic Park cast returning for Jurassic World 3. In a recent interview with MTV, Bryce Dallas Howard appeared to broadly hint at that possibility.
During the interview, Howard was asked if she was excited about potentially appearing alongside Goldblum, Sam Neill, and Laura Dern.
“Yes, very much so,” said Howard. “If that happens I don’t know, I don’t know what’s been confirmed or whatever, but I’ll blink if it’s happening and maybe.” To which she began blinking playfully a few times. You can watch the mini interview below.
Will the original #JurassicPark characters come back to help in #JurassicWorld3? If only @BryceDHoward could kind of, maybe, sort of comment on it pic.twitter.com/ad0ST4ENmt

Goldblum’s appearance in Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom benefitted the movie, linking the modern trilogy with the original films. Although he had a minor part, Ian Malcolm played an important role by explaining the dinosaurs’ impact on the planet.
Universal Pictures has tentatively set Jurassic World 3 for June 11, 2021.
