Hot Toys Supreme Leader Kylo Ren Features Unique Breathing Effect

He may be Supreme Leader Kylo Ren now, but the former Ben Solo may not ever shake his grandfather envy. He wanted to be Darth Vader so badly, he donned a similar mask. But now, in the new movie, it appears he may have dramatic breathing as well. Those red cracks in the helmet aren’t just seams to repair the breaks after Snoke’s critique made him smash his space hat. They wax and wane with his exhalations, too.

So, yes, even if collectors have a previous Kylo Ren, they need this one too. He also comes with an LED light-up lightsaber, interchangeable blades, and alternate Adam Driver head. Can one take his shirt off to recreate the “Ben Swolo” scenes in The Last Jedi? We can’t say. But smitten customizers will presumably review their options.

Given the track record of Star Wars villains, Kylo Ren wil probably meet his demise in the next film. Unless he’s redeemed. Or maybe especially if he’s redeemed. Point is, there may not be movie-specific Kylo Ren figures after this. Grab the one that breathes.

Now, Kylo, to be the perfect Vader wanna-be, you have to start complaining about sand while trying to impress the ladies. Good luck with that.
