FremantleMedia and Liquid Comics Developing Ani-Max

FremantleMedia Enterprises has made a first-look deal with Liquid Comics, the company formerly known as Virgin Comics, reports Variety.

One of the projects, to be published later this year as a graphic novel by Liquid Comics, is “Ani-Max,” about a boy who can absorb the abilities and physical characteristics of any animal he touches. It will be developed as an animated TV show.

It was created by Gotham Chopra and Sharad Devarajan, Liquid Comics co-founders and managing partners, who made the deal with FremantleMedia’s Jeff Tahler.
