Warner Bros. Pictures and IMAX Corporation have confirmed to Superhero Hype! that Superman Returns will debut in IMAX, IMAX Dome and IMAX 3D theatres on Wednesday, June 28th, day-and-date with the 35mm release.
Many theaters have opted to debut the film the day before, on Tuesday the 27th at 10pm public shows.
IMAX movie-goers will get to experience the first-ever live-action Hollywood film with select scenes converted into IMAX 3D.
