Some owners of local companies will watch “Spider-Man 3” next year with a little more money in their pockets.
The film’s makers have been whipping out their checkbooks all around town this month, buying up supplies and services for the action flick, which starts filming downtown on Friday.
Richard Rivera, an assistant coach with the Council of Smaller Enterprises, has spent much of the last two weeks pairing the buyers’ needs with local businesses.
