USA Today caught up with Marvel Studios’ Avi Arad and he chatted more about the Fantastic Four casting rumors…
Next week, Avi Arad, producer of all films Marvel, is expected to announce the full cast of his Fantastic Four film, with Emmy-winning actor Michael Chiklis of The Shield a strong contender for The Thing.
“Chiklis is tough and rugged, yet he has a likable quality — and that’s The Thing,” Spidey/Fantastic Four creator Stan Lee said. The Notebook’s Rachel McAdams is emerging as a likely choice to play Sue Storm.
“She’d be great,” Arad hinted. “We like her a lot.”
