The galaxy’s greatest hunters have come to Earth in search of prey before. In 2025, however, they will pit themselves against everyone’s favorite wall-crawling superhero. Peter Parker has had run-ins with hostile aliens and hunters alike, but will he survive Predator vs. Spider-Man?
The miniseries will be written by Deadpool/Wolverine writer Benjamin Percy. The artwork will be handled by Avengers Assemble artist Marcelo Ferreira. The main cover has yet to be revealed, but a variant cover by Pepe Larraz may be viewed in full below.
Predator vs. Spider-Man continues Marvel tradition
While this is the first time the Predators have gone after Spider-Man, it is not their first hunt in the Marvel Comics Universe. Marvel created a separate imprint in 2023, 20th Century Studios Comics, to publish books based on various Fox Studios properties. This includes comics based on the Alien and Planet of the Apes franchises, in addition to Predator. It also paved the way for crossovers with Marvel Comics. To that end, Marvel published Predator vs. Wolverine in 2023 and Predator vs. Black Panther in 2024.
Nothing has been revealed of the story of Predator vs. Spider-Man. As such, it is unclear what members, if any, of the Spider-Man supporting cast might make an appearance. It seems unlikely, however, that the web-slinger will be fighting alone.

One interesting twist might be for Spidey to team-up with Venom, setting one predatory alien against another. Another interesting wrinkle might be for Kraven the Hunter to enter the fray. This would offer multiple avenues for story complications, as Kraven could easily either hope to test himself against the Predator or save Spider-Man so that he may ultimately kill the wall-crawler.
