Exclusive Preview: Fantastic Four #44

For over a decade, writer Dan Slott set the stage for The Reckoning War in his various Marvel comics. This conflict is finally playing out within the pages of Fantastic Four, and Marvel’s first family is reeling under the pressure. As revealed in the story, The Reckoning is the vengeful first race of aliens who abused the gifts and technology of the Watchers before they were imprisoned for eons. Now, The Reckoning is free and all of existence is in danger.

In Superhero Hype’s exclusive preview for Fantastic Four #44, Slott and artists Andrea Di Vito, Davide Tinto, & Rachael Stott show us more of Galactus’ final form: The Destruction. The Devourer of Worlds was recently resurrected and combined with the Asgardian Destroyer armor. Galactus’ former herald, Silver Surfer, has taken it upon himself to lead The Destruction back to The Reckoning and use his power against them. However, time is running out.
