Exclusive Preview – Fantastic Four: Reckoning War Alpha #1

A Reckoning is coming to the Marvel Universe! For over 15 years, writer Dan Slott has teased the Reckoning War in his Marvel titles. During the Empyre event, the enigmatic First Race armed the Cotati for their war on Earth. And while the Cotati were defeated by the Fantastic Four and the Avengers, the First Race represents a threat so dire that Uatu the Watcher self-resurrected to prepare for the war to come.

In Superhero Hype’s exclusive preview for Fantastic Four: Reckoning War #1, Slott and artists Carlos Pacheco, Rafael Fonteriz, and Carlos Magno kick off the action with the destruction of Earth’s moon. The FF, the Avengers, the X-Men, and Spider-Man have all answered the call to save humanity. However, the invasion of Earth has begun, and the heroes are already outmatched.
