The Dark Knight Fights Snake Eyes in Batman/Fortnite: Zero Point #3

For the first time ever, the world’s greatest detective will lock horns with G.I. Joe’s mute commando in DC and Epic Games’ Batman/Fortnite: Zero Point. The six-issue miniseries launches later this month and pits the Dark Knight against several fan-favorite characters from the ever-popular gaming experience. However, the series’ third issue delivers a dream match. DC has shared an early look at some of the artwork from this issue, which features Batman clashing with Snake Eyes.

According to the issue’s synopsis, neither character can remember how they ended up fighting in the first place. Regardless, their skirmish is bound to be one for the ages. Judging by some of the panels, it looks like Batman is putting together some heavy artillery to go up against Snake Eyes’ arsenal. Plus, readers can expect appearances by Catwoman and Harley Quinn as well.

Fans can thank Epic Games’ Chief Creative Officer, Donald Mustard, for coming up with the concept for Zero Point. Writer Christos Gage and artist Reilly Brown brought that tale to life. Additionally, all of the published issues of Zero Point include redeemable codes for “digital cosmetics” that can be used in Fortnite. In the case of issue #3, players can download the code for Catwoman’s Claw Pickaxe.

Batman/Fortnite: Zero Point #1 will be released on April 20. Issue #3 hits stores on May 18.
