Krakoa is for mutants! But not all mutants are ready for Krakoa. The mutant outcasts and misfits who can’t fit in have all been grouped together as a team in Hellions. That includes Havok, Cyclops’ brother, who hasn’t quite gotten over his inverted personality. Unfortunately for Havok, a blast from his past has returned. Cyclops’ dead ex-wife, Madelyne Pryor, is back in her Goblin Queen persona. Additionally, she’s already defeated the Hellions and kidnapped Havok, who happens to be her other ex.
In Superhero Hype’s exclusive preview for Hellions #3, Zeb Wells and artist Stephen Segovia catch up with Havok as Goblin Queen shares a few memories with her mouthless captive. Madelyne was a clone of Jean Grey who married Cyclops and gave birth to Cable. But when the real Jean Grey came back to life, Cyclops abandoned Madelyne and she went full supervillain. Unfortunately for Havok, she hasn’t let go of her old grudges.
