Harley Quinn Raises Hell in New Birds of Prey International Trailer

Thanks to the fact that Margot Robbie‘s Harley Quinn was one of the few characters that worked in 2016’s Suicide Squad, the Joker’s — former — lover got the chance to be the hero of her –almost — standalone movie. And next month, Gotham’s villain is ready to unleash hell once again while looking for her own emancipation in Birds of Prey. In the meantime, the Fandango Latam Youtube channel has released a new trailer for the upcoming movie, featuring a ton of fresh footage.

You can watch Harley Quinn putting on her show in a brand new Birds of Prey international trailer in the player below. UPDATE: Now replaced with official domestic version.

Margot Robbie recently got the chance to speak with Variety about her Harley Quinn fandom. Unsurprisingly, she drew a comparison between it and her Harry Potter fandom.

“The way I feel about Harry Potter, or you feel about Harry Potter, is how some people feel about these comics,” Robbie said. “I was 10 years old following exactly who they were casting for Hermione Granger. It meant so much to me. And when I heard Emma Watson as a kid saying, “I love the Harry Potter books,” I was honestly so happy. Hermione Granger loves the books! That’s all I really wanted.”

The actress went on to add that she always advises everyone that works in comic-related movies to start reading the comic book source material as she did. Perhaps, that’s one of the reasons why Robbie seems to click so much with the fans.

Birds of Prey (And the Fantabulous Emancipation of One Harley Quinn) opens in theaters on February 7. Do you agree with Margot’s Robbies words? Let us know in the comments section below.
