Marvel has unveiled new footage from their six upcoming shows in the latest Disney+ trailer. This includes Daredevil: Born Again, Ironheart, Wonder Man, and more. All these projects will come out in 2025, making it one of the busiest years for the entertainment juggernaut. The trailer also revealed the streaming release date of Deadpool & Wolverine and the premiere date of What If…? Season 3.
Wonder Man and Daredevil footage revealed through new Marvel Disney+ trailer
Marvel’s new trailer underscores how stacked the Disney+ slate is next year. Besides Daredevil: Born Again, Ironheart, and Wonder Man, three other shows are coming out in 2025 — Your Friendly Neighborhood Spider-Man, Eyes of Wakanda, and Marvel Zombies. The trailer offers sneak peeks into all six highly-anticipated projects and discloses their release schedule.
The animated series Your Friendly Neighborhood Spider-Man will premiere on January 29, 2025. The plot will reportedly be set in an alternate universe where Norman Osborn is Peter Parker’s mentor and not Tony Stark.
It was already announced that Daredevil: Born Again will debut on March 4, 2025. The new footage shows Charlie Cox’s Matt Murdock / Daredevil in action and sheds light on the complex relationship Matt shares with Vincent D’Onofrio’s Wilson Fisk / Kingpin. We also get a glimpse of Jon Bernthal’s Frank Castle / Punisher.
Ironheart comes out on June 24, 2025, and revolves around Dominique Thorne as Riri Williams / Ironheart, a character introduced in 2022’s Black Panther: Wakanda Forever.
Eyes of Wakanda, another animated series, premieres on August 6, 2025, and will reportedly follow Wakandan warriors as they travel the world to find and bring back vibranium artifacts.
Marvel Zombies is the third animated series in the slate and a spin-off of What If…?. It will come out sometime in October 2025.
Wonder Man, featuring Yahya Abdul-Mateen II as the titular comic book character, aka Simon Williams, debuts in December 2025. The footage in the trailer shows Simon interacting with Ben Kingsley’s Trevor Slattery, a character who has appeared in multiple entries in the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU).
Further, Deadpool & Wolverine will begin streaming on Disney+ on November 12, 2024, and What If…? will return with its third season.
