Exclusive Preview: X-Men #8

There’s a new team of X-Men in the Marvel Universe! Cyclops and Jean Grey have recruited Rogue, Sunfire, Polaris, Synch, and Wolverine (Laura Kinney, formerly known as X-23) to be the public face of Krakoa’s mutants. However, someone has figured out that mutant resurrection is real. That’s why they murdered Cyclops in a very public way. Now, the revived Cyclops is forced to pretend to be Captain Krakoa whenever the new team goes into action. X-Men #8.

Part of the team’s new mandate is that they’re going after threats beyond their usual purview. And this time, they’re going up against M.O.D.O.K. and A.I.M.!

In Superhero Hype’s exclusive preview for X-Men #8, writer Gerry Duggan and artist Javier Pina catch up with the team as they’re about to drop in on M.O.D.O.K. and save the day. But surely it won’t be as easy as it looks…
