Exclusive Preview: X-Force #22

During the Reign of X, the X-Force team has become Krakoa’s black ops group. If there’s any dirty work that needs to be done, or bad people who need killing, they’re on it. However, Krakoa’s enemies have taken things even farther. Using flora-based biotech, some of the mutants’ human allies have been forced to turn against them.

The X-Force team recently tracked down Man-Slaughter, a Man-Thing like creation, because they knew he had some connection to the attacks. He was also able to tell X-Force that he was created by Weapon Plus, the same organization that made Logan/Wolverine into Weapon X.

In Superhero Hype’s exclusive preview for X-Force #22, Ben Percy and artist Robert Gill revisit some of the attacks from recent issues as Beast and Sage explain how Weapon Plus infected their victims. Now, it’s up to Man-Slaughter and X-Force to find Weapon Plus before they strike again.
