Batman: The Audio Adventures was created, written and directed by Dennis McNicholas, a veteran of Saturday Night Live. McNicholas will also voice a character on the series. He is producing the series with Angela Petrella (Golan the Insatiable) and Jon Berg (Justice League).
THR also notes that this podcast is separate from DC’s deal with Spotify for Batman Unburied and other scripted podcasts. There is no release date for that podcast yet.
HBO Max will premiere Batman: The Audio Adventures in 2022.
