Barry Allen has a habit of making rash decisions on The Flash. While he’s understandably upset that his daughter, Nora, is working with the Reverse-Flash, Barry acted on impulse. Even after Nora’s explanation, Barry exiled her back to the future and told her not to return. In the first promo for The Flash episode 5.19, Barry’s actions come back to haunt him.
You see, Barry neglected to tell his wife, Iris, what he planned to do with their daughter. And that’s not going to go over well in the West-Allen household. If the clips are any indication, Ralph will help Iris use a time machine to see Nora in the future. But that gesture may not be enough, because Nora is clearly angry about Barry’s rejection. Could this fully turn her against her father and the legacy of the Flash? That may have been Eobard Thawne’s plan all along.
