Laura Vandervoort will be making a return to “Smallville” for one episode this season, reports Entertainment Weekly.
Vandervoort will again play Kara Zor-El, cousin to Tom Welling’s Clark Kent and the would-be Supergirl, last seen in the series’ eighth season heading off in search of the Kryptonian city of Kandor.
As “Smallville” has announced plans for the tenth season to be its last, this episode, set to air in October, will most likely wrap Vandervoort’s character’s arc completely.
