Too many clips so far? I feel like we're not going to have anything new on March 6.

sweet.

Yeah...I'm not watching these...don't want to spoil any more of the movie for myself....

3 6 9!!!
There's no reason to complain about more clips, especially when you have to willingly click play. Do people really lack that much self-control? That's the reason why we have this recession! >:O

Wow, I didn't mean to insult anyone. I didn't say "there are too many clips", I asked "Too many clips?" I'm not complaining, because nobody's forced to watch them. But if I was a director, I'd want people to see as little of the film as possible as youtube clips. I guess I should have just said "first" like everyone else, since that seems to be more acceptable than actual conversation on this site.

This movie is already LEGENDERY! It looks like Blade Runner but with Superheroes and 80's synth beats.

This movie is going to be awsome! I really hope people give it a chance.

i think that viral video marketing is working for this movie promotion because while this story is big for the fans, it's not as known as say, batman, so the more exposure the better for the broader world that wouldnt see this movie otherwise.

Brandon...are you retarded? Wait dont answer that. I think your two posts have already confirmed that you are.

Awesome. I was all getting into it... I am so looking forward to sitting in a dark theater for two and a half hours and letting this movie just soak in. All of a sudden they couldn't think of anything to say...

The casting for this movie was brilliant.

I don't understand how there can be "too many clips" when you know what the whole story is anyway. Sure you don't know how the scenes are played out, but seriously there are not really any spoilers. This is just relief that the movie is played out like it's supposed to

Yo, awesome clips... But they are showing a LOT. I've never seen this many clips online before a movie. Not that I'm complaining.

This movie needs more transforming robots.

Now I know why I've been thinking that Rorschach's voice was monotone, it's because Laurie says so after Rorschach pays her a visit early in the book.

Wait... you mean I shouldn't have read the graphic novel? Sonofa... I've ruined the entire movie for myself because of my love of all things Alan Moore.
DAMN YOU ALAN MOORE!! WHY MUST YOU TEMPT ME SOOOO?!!!

He didn't say the first Silk Spectre is a "bloated whore". When I first read that it made laugh. The Silhouette line was different too.

So yeah the last prison fight clip i did not care to much about, but this clip is starting to give me the feeling they will focus on make a close adaptation of the comic.
On a side note. I wanted to know how hasn't read the comic yet. It's just that how can anyone really complain about all the clips when all those who have read the book knows what happens
Posted by: matt on February 24, 2009 at 02:45:47
the voice sounds a little forced to me--i won't say ineffective, just...not as i hear it when i read the book. though i'm certain a lot of that is going to follow!!

@Perceptor
You are so right, why couldn't Alan Moore have a graphic novelization of the movie after is came out. Damn you Alan you should have waited until after March 6 and written it after. Why do you have to write such a great comic.

I feel that collectively we all can't sell apples if we are going to fight every watch dog group that expels fumes most of the time...I think watchmen the comic, graphic novel..is muy bien...but the movie worries me...however..I will watch and feverishly dream of silk spectre...ahhh...yes...silk

from the material I've seen so far, Snyder seems to really understand the tone of what Moore was going for. it's a shame he won't even give the film a chance after LXG... Alan Moore = not a happy chappy.
