Last season wasn't too bad. But I'm more looking forward to seeing Metallo than Zod.

how much of a life dont you have (talking to you laf and bcs) when you click on a link about a show you dont like just to leave a negative comment. Maybe you might want to go back to your My Little Pony board and leave comments there.

HAHAHA LOL...Last comment was really good..you are right...lucky guys they have loads of time to waste time writing negative comments...by the way..some of us do we care about the news from Smallville!

I love My Little Pony! MLP would have the gonads to finally kill off Chloe. She needs to die! They've gotten rid of the rest of the original cast. Why won't Chloe just die!!!

I love my little pony!

to tim the same little life you have to comment on someone who comments on a show they don't like just to leave a negative comment. You're both wasting your time...And so am I.

Smallville ROCKS!!! Last season was fantastic. For all the haters, go cry somewhere else and flame things that haven't been seen yet. "O I hate this and I hate that, yet I haven't even seen it." If it makes you feel like home to complain about crap you haven't even seen yet, take solace in knowing your mom hated you before you were born.

i actual like that guy, but he is horrible for zod. that and the metallo casting realy disapoint me.

Why don't they just end smallville already, what 8 seasons and only now do they start to hint of Welling in the blue suit.
Just re-tool it the show and re-title it as 'Superman' already.
Plus my show, does a way batter job with a small budget and seems to have a bigger fan base.
Whats next for smallville, Batman, Catwoman and Batman villans like the joker? That would be cool but it should have its own TV show instead.

@TIM

you owned the **** out of those haters

good job :)

Last season kicked so much ass. Dark as ****. It's only gettin better. Metallo, Doomsday, and Zod all in one season. Best incarnation of Kalel EVER.

@all the MLP lovers

Yes all of you do seem to love your little ponies. Just make sure to make them happy first before you go on boards and post negative stuff like this.

I loved Smallville, but I honestly think that their storylines are just dragging on. With that said, Zod finally appearing in human form sure sounds like the end of the line for this show. I just hope they reward the people who stuck around and show Clark being more aware of his powers and his future impact on the world. Now that would be a good ending to the show.

Let this be the last season and get on with a Superman series. The entire film and television industry owes us a worthy series of the Man of Steel. After the "super" disappointment of the so called Superman Returns, we deserve something better, with fresh and interesting writing. The series Lois and Clark (besides the cheesyness of the 90's) was very entertaining, funny and had a different approach. At least, make Clark fly and have him finally assume his Clark Kent persona as the secret identity and let Superman emerge fully and save the day.

A little disappointed...Sam Witwer was kinda said to look exactly like Zod...and this means he won't be back. He was SOOOOOO awesome last season. :- We'll see what happens here...

it cracks me up how so many people think this show was great or ground breaking. I wonder if you were the same crowd that thought deadpool in wolverine was awesome, or spider-man 3 was good....or even x-men 3. the fans have spoken already about how much this show sucks and how much they have butchered superman. and to further show that the producers and writers of this show do NOT care about the fans....they completely ignore the fact that they already had "doomsday"'s mom possess lois and tell saw that he looks just like zod. wow. and i thought they screwed everyone over with that whole "jimmiy is not jimmy but his older brother" crap. The show sucks and so do all you who think its good.

WOW, im really surprised. Mason from "Dead Like Me," is Zod. I would never had guessed that he would be the future Zod. I've been a fan of Smallville since it came on. The 9th season has got to be the last. I still watch the show from time to time. But im starting to lose intrest. I just hope they end the show with Clark wearing the Superman costume and Michael Rosenbuem returning has Lex even just for a cameo.

Posted by: Rodrigo on June 24, 2009 at 05:30:31

Yeah. He was good in SDOACG...I dont watch that though...heh heh ha ha...heh-hum.

If Zod returns in the movies. Gerard Butler. Clive Owen. Christoper Eccleston. Joseph Fiennes. Daniel Craig.

When are the going to make Him fly and stop making him look like a wuss all of the time. I am trying to keep an open mind, but they are getting closer and closer into making this more like gossip girl and 90210. I could not wait until they finally got rid of Cloe. JMHO.

SIR JAY

This series should have been ended right after Clark graduated from high school. It has been getting worst ever since with the reinvention of characters from the DC Comics Universe. I guess towards the end of this upcoming season, Bruce Wayne will be making an appearance and I guess Clark Kent will finally be wearing his glasses although he should have been wearing them ever since Smallville aired. You can really tell who really read the comic books when it comes to making television series and movies about them.

Posted by: ted on June 24, 2009 at 07:44:18

Smallviulles Creek sucks, always did, always will.

Mediocre actors filling iconic roles. Overly complicated contirved plot and its been going too damn long.

If you think this is teh best Superman has to offer i suggest reading a comic perhaps.

"I cant believe this dumb show is still on the air."

So original. Haven't read that before. If you soooo hate this show then why spend your time on this particular post. You people who piss and moan about shows you hate are COMPELTE idiots and you make yourself show as idiots. Go find something you do like and support that. IDIOTS!

smallville takes place on a alternate world come on dorks u know what im talking about (52) earth prime i do watch the show and agree they need to really start throwing punches and give us some thing i did love how they did doomsday so he can come back and even the (LOS) with lois i think they gave us some good stuff this season unlike the last couple seasons i think he should just become superman already for the last season but who knows maybe there holding out for a movie we can hope
