TheBadandUgly.com has posted some photos of Will Smith presumably doing reshoots for Hancock
in New York's Times Square. Opening July 2, the Peter Berg-directed superhero action-comedy co-stars Charlize Theron and Jason Bateman.

Will Smith should NEVER shave his goatee. Just plain creepy looking. Plus, the suit stinks. I do commend him for trying different genres that other method actors shy away from. Previews were actually funny though.

Get a different Suit, and keep the goatee for the next film if there is gonna be one ~ thx.

Just let the old X-Men feel die please. The suit sucks worse then speed racers.

If you've watched the trailer you'll notice they make fun of the suit....it's supposed to look goofy/cliche!

Hmmm, interesting what with all the things that South Park and Family Guy do on regular Network Television. Hopefully most of these scenes make it onto a Directors Cut DvD. I love it when the movie has to have certain things cut for a PG-13 rating and then when it hits the shelves, they just make it unrated and put in all the stuff that had to be taken out.

Man, this movie has not looked good from day one.
I like Will Smith, but this isn't drawing me in.
The trailers remind me of that other dumb superhero movie My Super-Ex (or whatever it was called.
It really looks weak to me.

the next idiot that says the suit sucks is really dumb. it is suppose to suck it is a comedy that is kinda taking shots at the other superhero movies that have come out. like hmmm i dont know xmen maybe.

they could've made a better suit that's for sure. made something like a dark sage color, brownish with a dark gold stripe. idk all i know is that suit could be bought at a store.

If they are shooting in Times Square then it's for something that takes place at the end of the flick, according to script breakdowns. It doesn't seem like they are doing this to actually alter the body of the film, so what gives?

haha the suit is ridiculous, but I think it was done purposely and in good fun. Lets face it this is not a real superhero movie and not matter how well it does, and It will do well... we will probably never see a sequel.

Lets just take this for what its worth, another funny Will Smith blockbuster. I am looking forward to seeing this movie.

I don't care if it's serious or meant to be funny or a spoof on superhero movies, this just looks like a waste of money.
I'd rather save my money and see quality superhero films, multiple times, than see this.

I for one am tired of seeing anything that reminds of the X-Men costumes...the new G.I. Joe crap and now this... Why in the hell does every costume have to be black?!! Batman is the only one that can pull it off for obvious reason but dang, enough already. If it was meant to be goofy, they should've picked primary colors instead.

I, for one, am tired of superhero spoofs. I never liked them and I never spend money on them.

I take my superhero-comic book movies seriously.

I love the mythology. I want to go into the cinema and believe what I am watching.

I prefer it when the superhero concept is taken seriously.

The picture of Will Smith in that black costume
looks like he wanted to be in the X-Men movies.
I guess he got left out of the X-MEN and decided to do things his own way.

You know i've always enjoyed will smith's acting, especially watching the fresh prince of bel air growing up.Although now, I just don't find him funny anymore, I actually prefer him in serious roles.

Since I seen I am Legend, it showed me the Will Smith can actually act to some degree. So seeing him in a role like in I am Legend then he goes to a role lik ein handcock here is disapointing. I reallly think this movie looks like crap, and now that I see this suit, its a total rip off of x-men and just makes me not want to see it more.

I'll probably pick it up on dvd no doubt , but i'm not takin gthe chance of viewin git in the theaters. I'll save my money for the incredible hulk, Hellboy and the Dark Night, and I know this is a super hero site, but Pine apple express is looking promising.

why the hell are they shooting for a PG13 rating anyways, keep the super ejaculating in and the shoving of peoples heads in other peoples a**es? We all have discussed the topic of superman killing lois lane if he ever... you kno... and Hancock would demonstrate that we all were on to something.
