Thor Casting is in the Final Stages

Thor director Kenneth Branagh dropped by the MTV studios and was asked about the casting of the title role.

"We're down to the final stages of it," Branagh said. "The reason one has to be properly diplomatic, is simply that some talented peopled have been patient, kind, creative and really committed to working with us in this process."

He added that "My reluctance to say anything about it is simply out of respect for people who have been extremely respectful of us. That said, I think we are extremely close and I hope to announce a decision sooner rather than later."

Marvel Studios is targeting a May 20, 2011 release for the film.

You're right Sean Bean would be cool. But no to Daniel Craig as Captain America, for the obvious reasons. Especially seeing as they won't even let an American DIRECT a James Bond movie, let alone star in one.

ive been hoping for skarsgard this whole time, but from what i hear, that guy that used to be a wrestler, (not triple h), but some other guy, i heard hes actually a good actor, and definetly has the size and look..damn i cant remember his name!!.
