Eva Mendes' The Spirit NYCC Poster

Yahoo! Movies has premiered the New York Comic Con poster featuring Eva Mendes as Sand Saref in Lionsgate's The Spirit, written and directed by Frank Miller. She'll be signing the poster at the Con on Saturday. The movie opens January 16, 2009.

dude...that mole has always been there. Haven't you seen any other movies w/ her playin in it like Umm...Hitch? Anyway for some reason she never turned me on and still doesn't in this pic. Her face look so stupid and fake. Looks like there's too much wind and so her eyes are goin dry. But nice boobs though. nice and big;)

I hope this suit it taken straight from the comics. Otherwise, they totally stole the X-Men movie costume design.

WHAT THE HELLLLL!!!!!! O MY GOD! EVA MENDES HAS RUINED EVERY MOVIE SHE'S EVER BEEN IN! Didn't anybody learn their lesson from the abomination of Ghost Rider, or any other movie she's destroyed? Someone please respond to this, am I completely off here, or is this just stupid?

in all fairness calvin i dont think it was eva who destroyed ghost rider, that was more of a team effort. :)

Ghost rider to me was not that dark or action filled. Manny pepole have said batman begins was boring at frist but then started to pick up at the end. and sometimes when they first start on hero movie's they seem very slow and kind of dumb so i am with anrrd_2

So if they did make a secound Ghost rider it might be a litte better with more action and such. i cant wait to see this movie..i really loved Sin city and i am a Fan of Eva's i have only seen maybe 2 or 3 of her movie's and she's not a bad actress.

I still Dont see why there is so much Drama on thses form's. I mean we are talking about superheros comic book's and the movie's that are made out of them.

Well i think she looks ok i have to Admit i have never Herd of the spirit before i am mostly a huge batman fan. and frank miller wrote the the all star batman books. although they where very Odd for a batman comic it took me back to the day's of the shadow...since batman always laughed in those comics before dropping down. and if i can remmber This right the shadow was one of batman's inspirations when he became a crime fighter.

I do apologias if my Spelling is somewhat off.

But as i said before i am a big fan of frank miller and his work on Sin city the movie and the comic as well so i cant wait to see what he has in store for this spirit hero.

Mainly for the Reason i got into Sin city because i saw the movie.

i have an extremely intelligent and detailed comment prepared about how hot eva mendes was in 'training day' and the 10,000 ways i would hump her to sunday, with and interesting side note about how black clothes existed before x-men movies that would sway everyone over to my point of view, but i'll wait until this thread is wiped due to its incendiary speech and post it afterwards.

Also, SHH after trying so hard to keep the racist comments out of the Black Panther fourm thread, you really should take a look at all of them. Redneck Jim's comment offended me and I'm not even Spanish. I hope he gets banned and his remarks are taken off. On a lighter note, I've never heard of the spirit, but the synopsis sound good. I hope it's done well. I think Eva Mendes is Hot.

This movie is going to be so good its not even a competiton. I feel bad for what ever movie opens up the same day as the spirit does because the spirit is going to own! And one more thing, Eva is smoking hot!
