The CW has just announced its May season finales for “Arrow,” which will end its third season on May 13 at 8pm, as well as “The Flash,” which finishes off a hit debut season May 19 at 8pm.
Based on the DC Comics character Green Arrow, “Arrow” stars Stephen Amell as billionaire playboy/crimefighter Oliver Queen and was developed by writer/producers Greg Berlanti, Marc Guggenheim, and Andrew Kreisberg,
